Table-top Exhibit and Sponsorship Opportunities

Exhibiting and Sponsorships are an integral part of our professional development programs’ successes. We are delighted to offer a variety of Sponsorship and/or Table-top Exhibit Opportunities at the California Forum for Professional Development in San Jose and Palm Springs.

Table-top Exhibit - $750 (1 location); $1,000 (both locations)

Includes the following:

  • 1 – 6’ draped table
  • 2 chairs
  • Company ID Sign
  • 2 complimentary registrations
  • Electronic file of attendee registration (post conference)
  • Company listing in program

Sponsorship Opportunities (per location)

  • Breakfast and Snack Sponsorship – $1,500 (1 location); $3,000 (both locations)
  • Workshop Presenter Sponsorship - $1,500 (1 location); $3,000 (both locations)
  • Opening Session Sponsorship - $2,500 (1 location); $5,000 (both locations)
  • Luncheon Sponsorship - $3,000 (1 location); $6,000 (both locations)
  • In-kind sponsorship for attendee giveaways (value varies depending on item)

Table Top Exhibit and Sponsor benefits will include (benefits could be enhanced based on sponsorship level):

  • Recognition in pre-event and post-event marketing materials
  • Recognition in the next issue of the CAAEYC printed Connections journal
  • Public acknowledgement at the event
  • Exclusive sponsorship of attendee give-away with organization logo (if applicable)
