Strengthening Our ECE Community – One Stepping Stone at a Time
We will launch this year’s gathering with an emphasis on fostering our own professional learning community. Using a peer learning team model, we will work collaboratively in an intentional and systematic way to deepen our relationships across sectors and build opportunities for shared learning related to professional development. Our aim is to develop a shared vision by answering the question, “How can we collectively strengthen early childhood professional development in California?”
In the closing session we will reflect on key highlights and common themes from the various learning community workshops. Ann will help facilitate the dialogue with a focus on next steps in our collective effort to strengthen early childhood professional development across the state. We will wrap-up our time together with a sharing of our communities stepping stones.
