Building Together: Collaborative Leadership for ECE Workforce Development Systems

Collaboration begins when people work together toward a common goal and achieve something greater than they would have alone. Across the country many in the Early Childhood Education field have worked collaboratively on systems-building efforts to deliver more efficient and effective services.  Cross-agency systems approaches that support workforce development can create opportunities to improve programs, address inequities and increase outcomes. We need inspired leaders to champion this work. Come learn the essential elements of effective leadership and what steps you can take to build and sustain collaboration in your community.
