Payment Methods
CAAEYC accepts payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover only), check, or with special circumstances, Purchase Orders. If paying by check your payment must accompany your registration form. To qualify for the Early Bird Registration Rate, paid registrations must be received by October 30, 2019. After this date, the regular rates will apply.
An NSF non-sufficient funds fee of $25 will be charged for all checks returned to CAAEYC.
Confirmation & Forum Badges
All registrations will be confirmed by e-mail. Forum name badges will be available for pick up at the registration counter.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notices must be submitted to CAAEYC via e-mail to info@caeyc.org or via fax to (916) 294-0415. Cancellations received on or prior to October 4, 2019 will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations after that date are not eligible for refunds.
Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend the Forum, then you may transfer your registration to another person. Please note there is no sharing of registrations. CAAEYC must be notified in writing by the original registrant or authorized representative of the organization paying for the registration.
Photograph & Video Policy
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, CAAEYC meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to CAAEYC's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
Professional Growth Hours
Registered attendees will receive a professional growth certificate at the end of The Forum. See your Professional Growth Advisor for activity approval.
Tax Deduction
When incurred for the purpose of maintaining or improving your present profession, expenses for training (such as tuition, travel, lodging and meals) may be tax-deductible. Consult your tax advisor for details.
