Rebecca Carreon-Bailey

Rebecca Carreon-Bailey has worked in the early care profession for over two decades providing services as a consultant, licensed family child care provider, academic instructor, and child advocate on a county, state, and national level. She is a Regional Technical Assistance Provider with the California Inclusion and Behavior Consultation (CIBC) Network, facilitating the capacity of family child care providers to support young children with special needs and/or challenging behavior in their programs.  In addition, she works with various organizations to provide training, educational materials, and support services for students, administrators, and license-exempt child care providers. She received a M.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Human Development from California State University, San Bernardino.
